Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 20. October 2025

 

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and me (Anna Krisch - Jelly Jewelry), when you book and attend my silver ring making workshops. By booking a workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Workshop Bookings

  • When you book a workshop you agree to bring the required fee to the workshop in cash.

  • Payment must be made at the start of the workshop before participation.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

  • Your Cancellation:
    To cancel please send an Email. 

    • If you cancel more than 24 hours before the workshop, I can release your spot.

    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the workshop or do not attend I may restrict or decline future bookings.
       

  • No-Shows:

    • If you book a spot and neither attend nor cancel in advance, this will be treated as a no-show.

    • Repeated no-shows may result in you being unable to book future workshops.
       

  • My Cancellation:

    • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

3. Payment Terms

  • You agree to bring the correct payment (cash) to the workshop.

  • Failure to pay at the workshop means you will not be able to participate.

4. Safety & Participation

  • Workshops involve tools, equipment, and materials that require care and attention.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

  • I cannot accept responsibility for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

  • I reserve the right to refuse participation if someone behaves in a way that is unsafe or disruptive.

5. Materials & Finished Pieces

  • The workshop fee usually includes the materials needed to create one silver ring.

  • Additional materials or special requests may incur an extra charge, which will be agreed upon before use.

  • I am not responsible for damage to your ring after the workshop.

6. Photography & Promotion

  • I may occasionally take photos during workshops for use on my website or social media.

  • If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please let me know before the workshop begins.

7. Liability

  • I am not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to the workshop.

  • My liability for any claim arising out of a workshop shall be limited to the fee paid for that workshop.

8. Changes To Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on my website with an updated effective date.
