Refund Policy

I want you to have a positive experience when booking and attending my silver ring making workshops. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are handled.

1. Your Cancellation

To cancel please send an Email.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop, I will offer to transfer your booking to another available date.
If you cancel late or fail to attend, I may restrict or decline your ability to book future workshops.

2. No-Shows

If you book a place and do not attend without notifying me, this will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows may result in you being unable to make future bookings.

3. My Cancellation

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either the option to reschedule to another available workshop date.

4. Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to serious illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
